Write a focused problem
Describe who has the problem, what currently happens and which constraints matter. State what is outside the scope.
Plan a useful demonstration
Agree what teams should show: an idea, prototype, test or evidence of learning. Confirm data access, ownership terms and reviewer availability beforehand.
Make room for follow-through
Finish with feedback, a named owner and a decision about further work. A prototype needs additional validation before production use.
